As part of RRC Polytech’s collaboration with the Canadian Red Cross to support fire evacuees at the Notre Dame Campus, the West 4 parking lot will be temporarily closed and reserved for their use until further notice.

Please be informed that registrations for the 2025-2026 Staff Payroll Deduction Program opened on Friday, May 16, 2025, and will remain available until Friday, August 1, 2025. Permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability by zone and permit type.

If your preferred zone is not listed during registration, please note that the zone is currently sold out. For those unable to secure a permit in their desired zone, a waitlist will open on Monday, August 4, 2025.

Staff may register for an annual permit in another zone with current availability while remaining on the waitlist for their preferred zone. Waitlist applications will be reviewed throughout the 2025-2026 year as annual permits become available, and successful applicants will be notified by email.
