July parking permits will be available for purchase starting June 1st. Permits can be purchased online through the Parking Portal or in person at the Commuting and Parking Office (DM19) during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

For a smoother experience, we recommend using the Parking Portal as your go-to resource for all parking-related information. The portal allows you to purchase permits, verify vehicle details, appeal citations, and stay updated on any parking news or changes.

Please check out our interactive map to familiarize yourself with the different zones prior to selecting your permit. Kindly note that permit types and zones are non-interchangeable.

Please be informed that registrations for the 2025-2026 Staff Payroll Deduction Program opened on Friday, May 16, 2025, and will remain available until Friday, August 1, 2025. Permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability by zone and permit type.

If your preferred zone is not listed during registration, please note that the zone is currently sold out. For those unable to secure a permit in their desired zone, a waitlist will open on Monday, August 4, 2025.

Staff may register for an annual permit in another zone with current availability while remaining on the waitlist for their preferred zone. Waitlist applications will be reviewed throughout the 2025-2026 year as annual permits become available, and successful applicants will be notified by email.
